EXPERIENCE

Owner Mikayel Israyelyan and Chef Mark Murillo, former Executive Chef at the noted dining destination Saddle Peak Lodge, have created a delectable menu of Classical Russian cuisine, featuring starters like Pozharsky Croquettes, and Quail Kiev. Main courses include Ossetrina pod Syrom (baked sturgeon topped with breadcrumbs, savory cream and melted cheese), and Roast Duck with Whole Roasted Granny Smith Apple, Braised Cabbage and Calvados Demi-Glace. The restaurant also features a charcoal grill, offering meat-lovers hearty options that include a 20 oz. Dry-Aged Rib-Eye, Buffalo Strip Steak and a Bone-In Delmonico for Two. Guests may indulge in the caviar selection that may be paired with one of the Champagnes or imported vodkas from Romanov’s extensive collection. Also offered is well-crafted wine list.

Guests are greeted by two majestic turrets on the exterior of the property. As they enter, an elevator brings them to the heart of the restaurant, which features a majestic, custom made, gold-plated chandelier in the main dining room. Guests will also be impressed by a large stage facing the theater-style dining room that will feature a grand pianist on weekdays and Russian Gypsies on the weekends.
